Cumming Capital Management is seeking to hire a full-time Private Equity Analyst.
The position requires strong quantitative and analytical abilities as well as established written and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be strategically minded and proficient in analyzing financial statements. CCM’s analyst program is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates to gain meaningful buyside deal experience. Upon program completion, past analysts have exited to HBS, GSB, Bain & Company, and other private equity firms.
Analysts at Cumming Capital Management have a broad range of project-based responsibilities. They assist both in analyzing new investment opportunities and working with existing portfolio companies. They are expected to prepare financial models, help structure deals, perform complex data analysis, and assist in industry due diligence. Analysts will work closely with internal and portfolio company management teams.The role requires relocation to our offices in Salt Lake City.
